Yes, most of our pots and urulis can be used for real plants. However, some hand-painted designs may not be fully water-sealed. For longer life, we recommend:

• Using them for indoor plants or shaded balconies
• Placing a plastic nursery pot/liner inside the terracotta pot
• Avoiding direct soaking of the painted outer surface

Some designs include drainage holes and some don’t. Please check the product description for each listing. If you prefer a specific option, you can request a custom order with or without drainage.

Our paints are resistant to mild weather. However, to preserve the artwork and colours, we suggest using them indoors or in covered balconies. Continuous rain and harsh sun may fade or damage the paint over time.

No. All our terracotta pieces are made as decorative items only. They are not tested or certified as food-safe or water-tight and should not be used for cooking, drinking, or long-term water storage.

Approximate dimensions (height, width, opening) and weight are mentioned in each product description. As every piece is handmade, slight variations are normal. If you need exact measurements before ordering, please WhatsApp or email us and we’ll be happy to share them.

Gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not scrub, soak in water, or use harsh chemicals/cleaners as this can damage the paint and varnish.

Yes. Every pot, uruli and décor piece is handcrafted and hand-painted by local artisans. Small variations in shape, brush strokes or colour are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade products.

You can use standard tealight candles or LED tealights. For less soot and longer life of the paint, we recommend using LED tealights whenever possible.

Yes, terracotta can become warm when used with real flame candles. Always place the lantern on a heat-safe surface and keep away from flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Allow the wax to cool completely, then gently peel it off with your fingers. Avoid using sharp tools that may scratch the paint. If needed, dab with a slightly damp cloth—do not soak the product.

We use high-quality cotton cords that are soft, strong, eco-friendly and biodegradable. Some pieces may also include wooden beads, rings or dowels.

Our standard hangers are designed for small to medium pots. Each product listing mentions the recommended maximum pot size/weight. If you need a hanger for a heavier pot, please contact us for a custom design.

Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth. If deeper cleaning is needed, hand-wash very gently in cold water with mild soap and lay flat to air-dry. Do not wring, twist, or machine-wash.

A little fraying is natural with cotton cords, especially at the fringes. You can trim loose threads and gently comb the fringe with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to keep it neat.

Macramé can be used outdoors in shaded or covered areas. Continuous exposure to rain, dust or harsh sun may fade colours and weaken the fibres over time.

All photos are of our actual products, but since everything is handmade, minor variations in colour, pattern placement or shape are normal and make each piece unique.
